I’m Alejandra Velasco, the founder of this school, and I’m delighted you’re considering learning Spanish with us. I have 16 years’ experience of teaching Spanish to learners from all over the world, from absolute beginner to near native. But I’ve also been in your shoes - I learned English as a student in London - so I know exactly what it feels like to experience both the ups and downs of learning a new language.
That experience as a teacher and as a student shapes everything we do here at The Bogota Spanish School. Indeed, it’s why I created this school: to offer something different from the generic, one-size-fits-all approach of others. Here, lessons are tailored to you. We combine academic excellence with the flexibility and warmth of private tuition. Every programme is designed personally for you, whatever your level and ambitions.
